The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any 'contract for sale' that 'we' enter into with 'you' (Consumer). Please read them carefully as use of and/or buying from our site means they contractually bind you. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms from time to time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. You will be asked to agree to these terms and conditions before confirming the order. Your continued use following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
1. Waiver
i. We make, have made and will make every effort to ensure that the information contained within this site is correct and up to date. The information may, however, become inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date.
ii. We disclaim all warranties and representations (whether implied or expressed) as to the accuracy of any information contained on this site, to the full extent permitted by law, but subject to the terms and conditions of sale referred to below.
iii. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.
2. General
i. These terms and conditions do not affect the consumer's statutory rights under the:

ii. To purchase goods through us you must be over 18 years and have the legal capacity to make the transaction.
iii. You must ensure that all the information you provide to us is true and accurate. You must not use the website for speculative, fraudulent or false sales.
iv. You may not modify, copy, distribute, display, sell, reproduce or license any content on this site in any way, except for your own personal and non-commercial use.
v. These terms supersede any representation made by us (or any of our employees or agents).
3. Sales
i. Upon confirmation of your order, we will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
ii. All our prices are quoted in Euro's. We reserve the right to change any listed price before you place an order.
iii. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT/BTW but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as detailed at the time of placing an order.
iv. We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you.
v. Due to the technical nature of the goods we sell it is not possible to publish detailed specifications of all products and keep them up to date. All information - drawings, descriptions and specifications on our website are solely for the purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.
vi. In compliance with our terms for exchanging and returning goods, we will accept the return of the goods in good condition and refund any money paid for the goods along with delivery charges, if goods, which have an unsuitable specification which was not apparent from our website, have been bought by you.
vii. We do not offer any credit facilities.
viii. We will issue you with a receipt once we have received payment in full for your order and once we have dispatched the goods to you.
4. Contract
i. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you confirm your order.
ii. After confirming an order we will give you an Order Reference number and details of the products you have ordered.
iii. Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when we send you an e-mail, which will contain details of how we will deliver your products to you.
iv. Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which our email, will tell you so.
v. When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.
vi. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
vii. We will send you another e-mail confirming the despatch of your order.
5. Exchanges & Refunds
i. During the first seven (7) days after delivery you have a cooling off period during which you may cancel the contract with us and return the goods. This gives you the opportunity to view the goods to the same extent you would if you were purchasing them face to face in a shop.
ii. You must inform us of your intention in writing or other durable medium within seven working days from the day after you receive the goods.
iii. If you exercise your right to cancel the contract, the goods must be returned in their original packaging
iv. We will not pay the cost of returning the goods.
v. If any exchange or refund is required, the items must be returned in their original packaging in an unworn/unused condition.
vi. In the interest of security all goods must be returned by registered or recorded delivery. Proof of posting is not confirmation of delivery. We are not liable for any goods lost on their return to us.
vii. Under the Sale of Goods Act you have the right to reject the goods within a reasonable time period if the goods are: -
a. Not fit for the purpose intended
b. Not of a merchantable quality
c. Faulty
viii. 7 (seven) days is widely considered a "reasonable time period"
6. Deliveries
i. Payment must be made in full before dispatch of goods. Payment may be made by Creditcard (MasterCard, Visa, Amex), Banktransfer, and cash delivery to us by mail.
ii. Cash Payments will only be accepted in Euro's and is available for citizens currently residing in the
iii. We cannot accept cash payments for products to be delivered abroad.
iv. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time the package leaves our building.
v. We will endeavour to secure delivery of the goods by the estimated delivery date, but does not guarantee the time of delivery and shall not be liable for any damages or claims of any kind in respect to delay.
vi. We will deliver your goods to the address shown on your Confirmation Order form.
vii. Overseas deliveries above 2kg or containing large or bulky items may be liable for an additional charge.
viii. Overseas deliveries will only be despatched when all items are in stock and the total order fulfilled.
7. If goods are returned to us for any reason, there will be supplementary costs to the initial order before any re-delivery of the original order is agreed.
8. Customs or Import Duties
i. Packages delivered outside The Netherlands may incur customs or import taxes. We have no control over whether your country will charge customs or import charges when the package reaches your country.
ii. The person who receives the order is responsible for paying all costs associated with moving their package through their country's customs or import tax system, and we cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs. We recommend that you contact your local customs or import office for further information on what these charges may be before placing your order.
